Is weight loss one of your goals in 2014? One of the most popular New Year's resolutions is losing weight! Unfortunately many people go on a diet instead of making lasting lifestyle changes. This year commit to making changes to improve your health as well as your waistline!

HEALTHY TIP: Eat more vegetables! Try to eat a salad every day and make half your plate vegetables at dinner. Most vegetables are low in calories and high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and water content. Strive for at least 2 ½ cups of vegetables per day – just skip the butter and cheese sauce. If your vegetables of choice have been French fries and ketchup you may find change difficult the first few weeks, but keep striving to increase your fresh (or frozen) vegetable consumption - your skin, weight, and health will reap the benefits!
